For products that are in stock, we ship within 24-72 hours from the time you place your order. We ship via several of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service.

Shipping Charges Include handling fee per order, determined by the weight, size and product type.

ETS Company reserves the right to change the shipping option on any order to better reflect the quoted cost to the customer on order confirmation page.

Customers Outside of the U.S.A. are responsible for all Duties and Taxes incurred on the import of the product they order from ETS Company.

Shipping

All items listed on this site are either manufactured by ETS Co. Inc. or distributed by ETS Co. Inc. We strive for 100% satisfaction related to the shipping of our products.

  • All items under 90 lbs. ship via UPS or FedEx (Primarily UPS)
  • All items must be shipped within the U.S.A. (many items may be shipped to Puerto Rico and Canada - call if you have questions)
  • Any free shipping offers only apply to orders shipped within the contiguous United States
  • All orders are processed in the order they are received
  • For rush delivery ( Same Dame, Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day) please have your order to us before 12:00 p.m. EST. If you do get your order to us after 12:00 p.m. we cannot guarantee it will ship that day (It would ship say Next Day Air the following business day)
  • Most orders are processed same or next business day depending when they are recieved. We are open here from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm EST

Returns

  • Customers wishing to return items to ETS due to a defect in the product face no restocking fees (For example if you received a pump that does not work you would return the pump after calling us for shipping instructions. Once the Item is examined and deemed defective you will receive a credit for the item but not freight.)
  • Customers wishing to return a product that is not defective must pay a restocking fee. Standard ETS restocking fee is 25% of the purchase price. Freight is not credited. Some items like custom hose reels can incur up to a 100% restocking fee due to the labor involved in the fabrication process.
  • A standard ETS restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price will be charged, if the customer cancels the order after it has been already processed. Freight is not credited.
  • No returns after 30 days.
  • Please call 610-583-7657 with any specific restocking fee questions
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Due to State and Federal Transportation Regulations, once the factory seal is opened, chemical products are prohibited to be offered by anyone for return shipping. Therefore these items can not be returned.
  • Products must be in NEW and Unused Conditions. Damaged or Opened Items will not be eligible for return.
  • Electrical components that have been opened or used are not able for returns. If you suspect the item is damaged you should contact us about exchange before opening or attempting to use the item.

Annovi Reverberi Pumps Special Info on Returns updated 7/9/2018:

All drop ship orders will have a restocking fee of $25.00 (if the return is less than $25.00 they will be charged the difference)

Unauthorized returns will have a restocking fee of $30.00 (if the return is less than $30.00 they will be charged the difference) Unauthorized RMA's are 'send back to sender' or 'refused package.'
Cannot return non-stock special build product.
Example: pump with a hot kit installed, pump with accessories installed.

Non drop ship orders will be determined at time the RMA is issued. (For the most part the restocking fee will be waved.)

Blue Clean orders will have a restocking fee of 15% and a return period of 30 day.
Unauthorized returns will have a 25% restocking fee
Unauthorized RMA's are 'send back to sender' or 'refused package.'

All returns must be in new condition to get credit or a credit will not be issued.

RMA's will be voided after 60.

Authorized RMA processing will depend on the work load at the time.

International Shipping (Outside of the USA)
